There are a number of reasons why we have not performed an update to 2.346.3. In 2.346.3 the Jenkins community updated OpenJDK which introduced numerous memory usage issues that resulted in regressions. We don't know why they would change OpenJDK as part of a minor release. In any case, there were some significant issues with Java memory management that would impact all of you and we just did not want to move forward until this was fixed.
